Titsa QigongAnasa was created as a result of my own interest in self-healing. Over the years, I've trained with a variety of teachers. I am a Master Reiki Practioner with two decades of experience. Recently, I discovered White Tiger Qigong school, which spoke to my heart as I felt profound shifts in my own awareness both physically (increase in stamina, strength and flexibility) and spiritually (calmer grounded at peace). As I cultivate my awareness, I embody my love for this longevity practice in teaching students to foster self awareness. Through Qigong, students activate their acupressure points to help align their body's rhythm to nature. I combine Emotional Freedom Tools and Reiki with Qigong to harmonize the mind, body and spirit through specific breathing techniques and movements. White Tiger Qigong is based on Daoism principals that are centered around nature. It is connected with the Tao, which is universal energy that comes from infinity and lives in infinity. It is the harmonizing of oneself between heaven and earth. White Tiger Qigong, combines Ancient Chinese Medical Qigong with Western Sports Science and Fascial Anatomy, making it the most advanced Qigong ever created. I am a Trainer/Instructor and am currently assisting Master Tevia in the online Teacher Training courses. I have trained directly with Master Tevia Feng, Founder of White Tiger School. One on One
In one on one sessions, the focus is on in-depth energy work personalized to your needs. Personal Qigong training can be for absolute beginners to more experienced practitioners. I cater to people of all ages including children to increase their concentration levels. After initial assessment and discussion we set goals and make a holistic plan together. Individualized attention allows a student to move more quickly to achieve progressive understanding of body, breath and movement. When we do Qigong by prescription in Medical Qigong, we pick and choose specific animals for specific healing purposes. For example, Qigong to Minimize Menopause symptoms, or for Migraines, Muscle recovery from intense workouts, Fatigue, Insomnia, Autoimmune disease, anxiety and much more. Results are profound and you can experience the benefits in just a few sessions, however, for lasting benefits it is recommended to practice regularly.
Weekly one hour classes
Every Monday (11am-12pm CET) and Friday (6-7pm CET) Book your spot for group Zoom classes. Class breakdown is as follows:
- Brief Introduction
- Shaking it out
- 14 Meridian Warm Up Exercises
- Practice an Element associated to that week's Organ system (e.g. kidney= element of water. Release fear and be fluid like water)
- Close to store the energy
- Zhan Zhuang (melting into nothingness)
- Qi Bath (energy bath)
Each week we focus on a specific organ meridian system and use the associated healing sound.

Each Qigong above is a series of lessons with specific outcomes. White Tiger Qigong school elicits the 5 Element Chinese Medicine framework from which we select specific animal/element exercises for the desired objective. What to expect to see in my workshops; The White Tiger Qigong fundamental principles taught as follows:

2. Breath Instructions
3. Spirit of each animal
4. Chinese Medicine relationship and benefits of each animal. This may include meridians, 5 elements and more.
